Diecut Global Ltd, the Preston based supplier of corrugated, packaging, print and print finishing machinery has signed an exclusive distributor agreement for the new revolutionary digital converting machine, Zero, produced by NSK in Japan.
The system is designed with a built-in loading and unloading system to handle the automated future of processing. Once a job is started, Zero loads, processes and unloads jobs without an operator.
Zero excellent speed, efficiency and productivity, which in turn provides faster delivery times for customers and offers greater cost savings for display producers.
Every Zero system is manufactured to order according to selected options and requests. The design offers the ability to select table sizes, stages and tools to optimise speed and efficiency for any production environment.
As well as that, Zero uses taping units on the same machine, allowing for seamless point of purchase and point of sale production. The taping units are mounted on to the free stage alongside other tools and allow for precise tape application in any direction whether that is double sided tape or magnetic tape.
‘We are very excited to bring the Zero machine to the UK and the international market in cooperation with Diecut Global,’ said Masanori Fukuda, CEO of NSK.
‘Diecut has extensive experience in Zero’s target market and we are looking forward to a positive cooperation with their team and the success ahead.’
‘The Zero machine is the perfect addition to our portfolio. Everyone at Diecut Global is excited about this new addition as we truly believe that this is a unique machine that fills a gap in the market, offering significantly increased production speeds for the print and display and corrugated markets.
